Cleaning the XL sleeve for Thrust is easy and essential for maintaining its quality and hygiene.

Simply remove it from the Fleshy Thrust (Sync), turn it inside out, and rinse it with warm water to remove any residue.

Then, use our Fresh cleaner to sanitize the sleeve and keep it fresh.

After rinsing thoroughly, dry the sleeve with a soft cloth and apply a light dusting of Renewal Powder to keep it feeling like new.

Store the sleeve in a cool, dry place to prolong its lifespan.

UPS ships 7 days a week. This means that if your order is placed before the shipping cut-off time (such that it ships before end-of-day Friday) and you order "2 day shipping", your package may be delivered by end-of-day Sunday. However, our warehouse does not ship on weekends, so if the package does not ship before the shipping cut-off time on Friday, the order will instead ship on Monday and would be delivered on ~Wednesday. Ultimately shipping is out of our control and UPS is responsible for delivery times.

All orders that are ordered before 12pm EST will be fulfilled the same day. Orders after that will be fulfilled the next working day. So if you order at 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed and fulfilled the next working day which is Monday.

Yes, we ship using a bubble mailer. The packaging does not display any branding or company information, only your shipping details are externally visible.
