How do I clean Fleshy Thrust?
Fleshy Thrust is quicker and easier to clean after use than any other male masturbator. Simply pull out the sleeve, turn it inside out (so your hand is inside) and simply rinse it under warm water with mild soap or use our cleaner Fleshy Fresh that was desinged specifically for Fleshy Sleeves.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email you used to order. You'll be able to watch your package's progress in real time. We aim to ship very quickly, but wait up to one full business day after ordering. If you still don't see your email, please check your spam folder and then contact support for assistance.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipment takes 2-5 days in 97%+ of cases. Please expect 3-5."2 day priority mail" is the name of a shipping service provided by UPS and is not a literal guarantee of exact shipping time. Does "2 day shipping" include weekends?
UPS ships 7 days a week. This means that if your order is placed before the shipping cut-off time (such that it ships before end-of-day Friday) and you order "2 day shipping", your package may be delivered by end-of-day Sunday. However, our warehouse does not ship on weekends, so if the package does not ship before the shipping cut-off time on Friday, the order will instead ship on Monday and would be delivered on ~Wednesday. Ultimately shipping is out of our control and UPS is responsible for delivery times.
What is your shipping cut-off time?
All orders that are ordered before 12pm EST will be fulfilled the same day. Orders after that will be fulfilled the next working day. So if you order at 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed and fulfilled the next working day which is Monday.
Is the package shipped discreetly? How does the package appear during delivery?
Yes, we ship using a bubble mailer. The packaging does not display any branding or company information, only your shipping details are externally visible.
I entered my address incorrectly. Can you change the shipping address for me?
We can still update your shipping address only if your package hasn't yet been shipped. If you already received a tracking number, it's too late. Please contact us for assistance.

What kind of lubricant can I use for Fleshy?
Use only water-based lubricant. Do not use oil-based lubricant, as oil-based lubricant will deteriorate the sleeve.

Can I take the Fleshy Thrust in the bathroom or bathtub?
To ensure the longevity of our product and for your personal safety, note that while the sleeve/insert can be safely used in the bathtub or shower, the Fleshy Thrust device itself must stay dry and cannot be exposed to water. Water would pose a safety risk due to the electrical components inside.
My product doesn't work. What can you do about it?
At a minimum, we offer a free replacement in the rare event of a defective product. Please contact support and attach a video showing the defective functionality.
