Automated Fulfillment: Due to our system's automated fulfillment process, there may be instances where we are unable to cancel your order once it's been processed.

Returns: If we are unable to cancel your order, you can return your unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost on the return.

Refund: Once the return is complete, please allow 5-10 days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

UPS ships 7 days a week. This means that if your order is placed before the shipping cut-off time (such that it ships before end-of-day Friday) and you order "2 day shipping", your package may be delivered by end-of-day Sunday. However, our warehouse does not ship on weekends, so if the package does not ship before the shipping cut-off time on Friday, the order will instead ship on Monday and would be delivered on ~Wednesday. Ultimately shipping is out of our control and UPS is responsible for delivery times.

All orders that are ordered before 11am CST will be fulfilled the same day. Orders after that will be fulfilled the next working day. So if you order at 1pm CST on a Friday, your order will be processed and fulfilled the next working day which is Monday.

Yes, we ship using boxes. The packaging does not display any branding or company information, only your shipping details are externally visible.

We can still update your shipping address only if your package hasn't yet been shipped. If you already received a tracking number, it's too late. Please contact us for assistance.

To ensure the longevity of our product and for your personal safety, note that while the sleeve/insert can be safely used in the bathtub or shower, the Fleshy Thrust device itself must stay dry and cannot be exposed to water. Water would pose a safety risk due to the electrical components inside.
