Returning Your Order
If you’d like to return your unopened Fleshy product, please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To begin the return process, please email us at support@getfleshy.com to request a Return Item Code (RIC). This code must be clearly written on the outside of your package before sending it back. Be sure to include all original packaging materials and keep the outer plastic seal intact. Once your parcel has been dispatched, kindly share the tracking number with us via email.
Please note that any package received without a valid RIC will be automatically discarded, and no refund will be issued. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the RIC being issued; otherwise, the return will be declined.
Once your return arrives, our team will verify that it meets all conditions and remains unopened. Only then will a refund be processed. If the returned item shows any signs of being opened or tampered with, the refund will not be approved.
If you believe your product is defective or not functioning correctly, we may request a short video showing the issue before issuing a RIC or determining whether a refund can be processed without a return.
