If you wish to return your unopened Fleshy Product, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us.

Additionally, any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy.

To initiate the return process, please email us to request an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package when it is shipped back to us.

Please ensure that all product packaging materials are included, and that the outer plastic of the box is not removed. Once the package has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number via email.

Please note that packages received without an RMA number will be automatically discarded, and no refunds will be issued.

All returns must be shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued, or the return will be rejected.
