Using Fleshy Synflex is simple, just follow these steps:

1. Make sure Synflex is fully charged before use.
2. Wash Synflex with Fleshy Fresh, and rinse with warm water.
3. Apply plenty of Fleshy Glide to the massager and your body for smooth insertion.
4. Choose a comfortable position, lying on your side, on your back with knees bent, or with one leg raised.
5. Take deep breaths and relax your muscles to make insertion easier.
6. Gently insert Synflex slowly, using steady pressure. Let your body adjust at its own pace.
7. Once in place, use the remote to explore different vibration levels. Start low and increase gradually.
8. When you're done, carefully remove the massager.
9. Clean it again with a toy cleaner and warm water, and let it air dry before storing.

To ensure the longevity of our product and for your personal safety, Fleshy Synflex device itself must stay dry and cannot be exposed to water. Water would pose a safety risk due to the electrical components inside.

Fleshy Synflex is quicker and easier to clean after use than any other male sex toy. Simply rinse thoroughly with warm water and our Fleshy Fresh cleaner or mild soap. Leave to dry for a while and store in a dark place.

Once your package has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email you used to order. You'll be able to watch your package's progress in real time. No, express shipping applies only to business days (Monday–Friday). 

- If you order before the cut-off on Monday, it will arrive by Wednesday.

- If you order before the cut-off on Friday, it will arrive by Tuesday.

All orders that are ordered before 11am CST will be fulfilled the same day. Orders after that will be fulfilled the next working day. So if you order at 1pm CST on a Friday, your order will be processed and fulfilled the next working day which is Monday.

Yes, we ship using a bubble mailer. The packaging does not display any branding or company information, only your shipping details are externally visible.
