While the ingredients we used are generally non-toxic and gentle, we still can't recommend ingesting it. Some of the ingredients, like Citric Acid and Potassium Sorbate, might not be pleasant to swallow in large quantities, and others, like Sodium Benzoate, are not meant to be consumed in large amounts.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long if you haven't yet received a tracking number (which indicates that your order hasn't yet shipped).

Once your package has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email you used to order. You'll be able to watch your package's progress in real time. We aim to ship very quickly, but wait up to one full business day after ordering. If you still don't see your email, please check your spam folder and then contact support for assistance.

Standard shipment takes 2-5 days in 97%+ of cases. Please expect 3-5."2 day priority mail" is the name of a shipping service provided by UPS and is not a literal guarantee of exact shipping time. It generally takes 2 days (excluding 0-1 days of handling), but please be aware that it can take longer and that shipping speed is entirely out of our control. UPS is the responsible party. UPS ships 7 days a week. This means that if your order is placed before the shipping cut-off time (such that it ships before end-of-day Friday) and you order "2 day shipping", your package may be delivered by end-of-day Sunday. However, our warehouse does not ship on weekends, so if the package does not ship before the shipping cut-off time on Friday, the order will instead ship on Monday and would be delivered on ~Wednesday. Ultimately shipping is out of our control and UPS is responsible for delivery times.

All orders that are ordered before 12pm EST will be fulfilled the same day. Orders after that will be fulfilled the next working day. So if you order at 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed and fulfilled the next working day which is Monday.

Yes, we ship using a bubble mailer. The packaging does not display any branding or company information, only your shipping details are externally visible.
