How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Ground Shipping
We have warehouses on both the East and West Coasts to ensure fast delivery times across the U.S. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are picked and packed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.
Most packages arrive quickly:
3 business days – 72% delivered
4 business days – 85% delivered
5 business days – 98.1% delivered
Every shipment comes with a tracking number so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your door.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are handled by our fulfillment partner and typically ship within the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, or on the next available business day in the event of a holiday.

What to Expect with Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped quickly from our East and West Coast warehouses. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, and every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. External factors such as weather or customs may occasionally cause delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot change it once an order has been shipped.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours after the order has been processed, picked, packed and shipped. We can not speed this up as it is not our system.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
We are not responsible if customs confiscates goods during clearance.
Reshipping
We strive to ship all orders promptly and efficiently. We ship to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.
To initiate a reshipment of your order, we kindly request that you send an email to our customer support team at support@getfleshy.com. Please expect additional fees to apply.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can update your shipping address as long as your package hasn’t been processed yet—but you’ll need to be quick. Since we’ve automated 80% of our shipping workflow to speed up processing and delivery, orders move through the system fast.
