Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, you can contact us via email: support@getfleshy.com

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and excluded delivery zones
Shipping operations are handled by a third-party company and we are not responsible for delays above the average estimated delivery.
Shipping is free only for United States customers.
We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to all of our customers. However, due to longer shipping times and increased shipping costs, we are unable to ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure the timely delivery of your order.
2-Day Express Limitations.
2 Day Priority Express only includes business days, which means that weekends and holidays are not included in the 2-day shipping timeline.
Due to carrier limitations, the following cannot be delivered within 2 business days from when the order of fulfilled.
- Orders shipping to military addresses and PO boxes.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays that may occur.

If you order outside of the United States or EU (the shipping address outside of the United States or EU), the estimated delivery may take more than expected due to customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
getfleshy.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
We are not responsible if customs confiscated Fleshy™ Products during clearance.


International Shipping Policy
Due to the additional costs and regulatory requirements associated with international shipping, our shipping fees for international orders will be higher than those for domestic orders. The exact shipping fees will vary based on the package's destination country, weight, and dimensions. Customers will be informed of the shipping fees at the time of checkout, and these fees will be added to the total order cost.

Reshipping
We strive to ship all orders promptly and efficiently. We ship to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.
To initiate a reshipment of your order, we kindly request that you send an email to our customer support team at support@getfleshy.com. Please note that additional fees will apply, and you will be required to settle these charges.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after the order has been shipped.
