Order Handling Time & Standard Ground Shipping

More than 99% of orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. The last orders of the week are shipped around noon Friday EST. This means that no orders are actually shipped from Friday noon EST until Monday at noon, nor are orders shipped on certain holidays.

However, packages which have already shipped by noon on Friday do continue to move during the weekend (at least for packages shipped using "2 day" shipping). Thus, if a priority package goes out by Friday at noon, it may arrive on Sunday.

The data below is based on standard ground carrier transit times (this is the shipping we offer you for free) from ship-to-delivery broken out by shipping zones across the United States. This would be the same as click-to-delivery if you order at 11am on a business day.

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and excluded delivery zones

Shipping operations are handled by a third-party company and we are not responsible for delays above the average estimated delivery. There's not much we can do about the internal operations of USPS, UPS, or other couriers. However, please do reach out to us for customer support if you're concerned about your order.

In most cases, basic shipping is free only for addresses in the continental United States.

We love all of our fans and customers. However, due to longer shipping times and shipping costs that can be in excess of 100 USD, we are unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore territories.

UPS 2nd Day Air®

UPS 2nd Day Air® is a 2-full-day shipping service. Two days is how long UPS tells us it will take, and how long it should take, and how long it normally takes. We do not ask for, or provide, refunds, in the event that it takes longer. The graph below shows ship-to-delivery times for UPS 2nd Day Air®. For this to represent the true click-to-delivery time you experience, you need to order at just before 11am to ensure your shipment is packed within the hour and picked up at noon (shipments actually leave the warehouse once daily at noon).




Please note that at the time of this writing, we do not profit at all from priority shipping fees. These are passed on to you at-cost.
Due to courier limitations, military addresses and PO boxes have slower delivery, even if you choose priority shipping.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, delays, zombie riots, or other factors beyond our control. The tracking information provided upon shipment will keep you informed of any delays that may occur.

If you order outside of the United States or EU (the shipping address outside of the United States or EU), the estimated delivery may take more than expected due to the additional customs clearance step.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. We can not speed this up as it is not our system.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

We are not responsible if customs confiscate goods during clearance.

International Shipping Policy

Due to the additional costs and regulatory requirements associated with international shipping to certian countires, our shipping fees for international orders will be higher than those for domestic orders. The exact shipping fees will vary based on the package's destination country, weight, and dimensions. Customers will be informed of the shipping fees at the time of checkout, and these fees may be added to the total order cost.

Reshipping

We strive to ship all orders promptly and efficiently. We ship to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.

To initiate a reshipment of your order, we kindly request that you send an email to our customer support team at support@getfleshy.com. Please expect additional fees to apply (passed on to you at-cost, without markup).

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after the order has been shipped. The courier is also not able to update the destination address of a shipment that's already in transit.
